Easter fun

As typical parents-of-two we somehow managed to get tons of video of Maddie on Easter during the big indoor egg hunt (massive rainstorm hit Sunday morning), no video of Amelie, photos of Amelie, no photos of Maddie. We're terrible at this, but really, we are trying! Thankfully we got some cute shots of Maddie the weekend prior at the church egg hunt with her cousins. She even sat on the bunny's lap this year.

The girls are growing, and amaze me every day. Amelie seems so content, but cracks into quite a smile when you lock eyes with her. And of course she watches Maddie's every move. And she's already rolling over to her side...I know it won't be long at all before she's on the move, keeping up with big sis.

Maddie began dance this spring, too. Nothing fancy - just a fun class at our local Y - but she loves it and now asks to go regularly. She must always wear a particular tutu and her red "shiny" shoes. Oh, and lipstick. (She is my daughter, lest anyone forget!)

One last photo before I sign off from my most boring post ever. Cute one of them in the new double stroller. Maddie was fully decked out in her Bevo tatoos to surprise her daddy. Hook 'em!
